YOGA WITH LIVE MUSIC: ALEX HICKS AND COSMIC DUST

Mellow drama co-founder, Alex Hicks, will be leading participants through a beginner/intermediate yoga class involving a seated meditation and the deconstruction of a Sun Salutation.

The class will have live music accompaniment by local trio, Cosmic Dust, who will be vibing with the ebbs and flows of the yoga practice. They are Samantha Letourneau on flute, synth and vocals; April Laurie on hanpan and vocals; and Josh Rudolph on table and synths.
